Harmonic utilizes the same philosophy, process, and portfolio construction that the Principal used with success at ICM Asset Management.  Harmonic's Small Cap Value strategy was incepted on 9/30/15.  This decision was driven by market forces that resulted in extreme undervaluation of small cap value equities.
